@Adrift I always had an extra large tarp put over my tent to prevent leaks, even though before every camping trip I always put anti leak stuff on my seams.

@cherokeepatti Or to wake up at the crack of dawn and finding all the prints of the critters that came to investigate you on your sleeping bag while you were sleeping.
Last time sleeping under the stars without a tent.

@NativePortlander1970 It gushed so hard that trip that we had a huge bubble in the roof and I was dumb enough to reach up and push on it and say, hey look at this.

Any of the three. Id go alone or with people. I don't have much preference.


No worries man. There's great people that come through too. It's just part of being part of any business to get over it and 🙄. Familiarity always has a way of removing the luster.

@MethDozer Sadly that is so true on both accounts. Anytime you work with the public there will always be good and bad people.

After working in a RV resort it's amazing you camp at all.

@MethDozer nothing wrong with any kind of camping. I don't get into the high end stuff, I prefer simple

@robingoodfellow Amazingly as we get older I do prefer a bed and a bathroom. RV's just make sense for my wife and I.
