Stormy skies but no rain ! None for nearly a month .

We spent two/three years in a row with drought conditions, but this past year we finally have the reservoirs filled again. But we're also having record heat waves (three days in a row over 90º by definition, but last week it was three days in a row over 100º), so it often feels like we're living in a tropical rain forest.

I didn't know England had a drought problem. When I was there it rained 8 of the ten days. But here at home ten miles south of me they had plenty of rain and we were dry for months.
