Saw this beautiful owl on my walk today……

@fun4us2b I don’t see them very often. Once a blue moon.

@YourMomsSecretCrush Same - Owls are mostly nocturnal...and I am fortunate enough to see Hawks and Bald Eagles now and then.

@fun4us2b I haven’t seen any eagles around here but I have seen a few in the mountains a few miles away.

@YourMomsSecretCrush They tend to live near lakes and rivers. I was kayaking in a small river and one flew right over head - it was huge maybe 10 foot wingspan, like a 747 going by!

@4meAndyou this owl hangs around in the greenway. A lot of squirrels come thru there. I’m sure he or she eats well.

@YourMomsSecretCrush that and my eyes kinda suck. one of the first ones I ever saw went after something... a frog maybe? at midday right in front of me while I was talking to someone
