Lol. Don't fret mate. Remember the world is vast and all people with all manner of beliefs exist, even things that are literally out of this world (aliens anyone 😂) and all are welcome. chill, grab a beer and remember, wether the earth spins or not, we all still got to get up in the morning and work. Respect mate.

Why? To what end? Why would every astronomer, cosmologist, astrophysicist, geologist, geographer and meteorologist participate in such a vast conspiracy and, by extension, eschew the Nobel prize and its million dollar reward?
You need a close shave with Occam’s Razor.

if there are so many flat-earthers why don't they get some money together, buy a plane and start flying in one direction. 2 things might happen, they might reach the end of the world or they will eventually come back where they started. not all planes can do that but its not impossible. there are so many proof of the earth curbature but no amount of proof can defy paranoia. in order to believe in the flat earth theory one must believe all pilots and all trafic controlers all GPS satelite operators in the world are conspiring together to hide this from mankind. that's called paranoia, so then any proof is perceived as a lie created by the vast amount of conspirators. one solution :a plane. but then will they trust their own pilot or think the "others" have "turned him?". 🤣😂

@TBIman the use of the word "plane" in a discussion about flat earth is pretty interesting 😄
TBIman · 46-50, M
@SW-User Yeah, it is the word "planet" without the "t."
SW-User
@TBIman or the latin "planus" which means level, flat. Plane; a flat surface. Just an interesting observation.
@TBIman You mean like the 'beautiful and fake image' of your face there?

Flat Earth?? Go to Chicago. Head out on Lake Michigan on a calm day. Watch the city sink into the lake!! No, not really; it's just a bit beyond the curve of the Earth.
Go to Lake Ponchartrain.
Check out the power lines. Take some pictures.

Then check out the causeway. Take some pictures.
Did they build all these wind turbines partway under water? Nope. Curve of the Earth again.

@ElwoodBlues I see they have no reply for this 😅

@TBIman Don't understand why you put the title you put on it?
TBIman · 46-50, M
@Zeusdelight Yes, I gave it that title because I didn't want people to give me grief about the post. Why else would I give it that title? It didn't work so well. I haven't received as much backlash so maybe it did work a little bit.
@TBIman Oh, we'll give you grief, about wasting our time and putting up with your foul language.
What a total waste of brain cells. I'm sorry I stopped to read it. Utter nonsense. You live in your world, I'll live in the real world.

Finite resources is a term coined by the greedy to enslave us all
2023 and still flat earthers exist.......
TBIman · 46-50, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic I do not see what was humorous about my post, but I'm glad it made you laugh. We need to laugh.
@TBIman There are tens of thousands of you as compared to 8 billion of the Earth's population?
10,000 = .000125% of 8 billion
100,000 = .00125% of 8 billion
At best, by your own calculations, not even 1% of the population believes this...

Ok, what do you expect me to do about it?

The problem isn't that you wrote it or not. It's that you believe it.
@TBIman But you don't have any sense!

@TBIman To believe that the sun could possibly be as close as London to Sheffield is crazy. I'm sure my 4 year old Nephew thinks that and it would be reasonable for HIM to believe it.
TBIman · 46-50, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic Your 4-year-old nephew still has his common sense intact.
Please tell me... what is soooo crazy about having a local sun?

@TBIman No, their brain matures and develops as they get older. The crazy thing is that earth would fry if we did.
