Why? To what end? Why would every astronomer, cosmologist, astrophysicist, geologist, geographer and meteorologist participate in such a vast conspiracy and, by extension, eschew the Nobel prize and its million dollar reward?
You need a close shave with Occam’s Razor.

@redredred He's a flat earther! You can't reason with them!

@BritishFailedAesthetic I was going to start with something simple like “pro wrestling is staged” but he won’t respond.

@redredred You need to stop looking for a motive before you have looked at all of the evidence man. I would say that BILLIONS of dollars a year is a fairly good motive. The pieces of shit keeping this lie going do not care about money. All they care about is keeping you ignorant of the true facts of this world.

@BritishFailedAesthetic You can definitely reason with me. I just will not accept any pseudo-scientific bullshit. Such as gravity, or 93 million mile away burning gas balls in a vacuum. These are totally unproven theories. Come with some real testable, measurable, and repeatable science, and let's discuss it.
That is the one thing that I like about this website. It allows for discussions to take place.

@BritishFailedAesthetic Yeah NOT a professor Dave is a moron and might actually still believe that he is living on a ball. Don't quote me on that.

@TBIman the sun isnt burning. The sun is a fusion reaction emitting predictable levels of radiation across a testable spectrum. We know. We’ve created fusion reactions right here on out globe. They’re known a hydrogen bombs. They emit exactly the same radiation as the sun does.
And fusion reactions take place quite happily in vacuums, under water, buried in the earth and in the atmosphere; we’ve measured them in all those environments
