When you were in school, did you ever bring home a tiny tree and plant it in the yard?

We always had a competition over the summer holidays to see who could grow the tallest sunflower 🌻

I planted an acorn in the garden from one of the trees and it grew to a out about a foot high but my mother pulled it up coz (obviously but not to me at the time😆😆) there wasn't room for another oak tree in the lawn ☺️

Omg yes 🤣 I didn’t plant it. I just left it in my room and I think my mom threw it away

Yes, it was a bue spruce. They had us germinate the seeds and grow it into a sapling before we brought them home. I know I planted it in the woods, but have no idea where.

Yes! But I didn’t have my own yard so I’d plant it in the forested area across from my moms condo. I bet they’re all dead now. Replaced by a housing development.

I planted an apple se3d and it grew a few inches then disappeared

I recall planting a tulip bulb outside of kindergarten class.

Yeah I brought it home, left it in the window & it was dead the next week 😂

I heard they are grown n bore fruit each season.

Where would I have found a tiny tree?
