Oh, I bet some body walking on the beach was too stoopid to watch where they were stepping and broke or twisted their ankle or something like that and sued the city for their injury. Flipping stoopid Frivolous people. Now they will be looking to pass the liability onto you for your kids having fun on the beach. Errrrrrrrr!
