Do you eat raw/unripe/green mangoes?

I've only tried green bananas and they dont hold a candle to ripe ones.

They're not wonderful out of hand, also I live in Canada where the mango quality is middling at best. But I understand you can cook with them and stuff like that and I'm sure it's delightful.

I don't eat fully ripe Mangos, so no, can't say I've ever tried an unripe one.
