What 90s music artists career should’ve been bigger?

I know this band was big and popular but peal jam was great. And the Pink Floyd album the division bell was great 1994. And Duran Duran in the early 90s.

my older sister was obsessed with this band named "Failure" and she was crushed that they didn't experience mainstream success.

when i look up 90s hits it's a mystery to me why SpaceHog didn't do more after 'In the mean time". God granted them 3 min of greatness and they emptied the bucket lol
