How many 10mg edibles should i eat if im a heavy smoker

I think the answer to most questions is usually 7.
But don’t quote me on that

I would say, start with five and work your way up

The only heavy smoker I know can down 100MG edibles with little to no obvious affect.
But she uses weed to get through her day everyday. You would never know she was high though unless she told you. So..... I don't know as 10MG is always too much for me.

I usually don't notice much therapeutically speaking until 60mg+ as a daily smoker.

Around 60 though I was able to forgo using narcotics after foot surgery a year ago in lieu of gummies.

definitely start with just one 10 mg, I have a very low tolerance and 5 mg is plenty for me, so you could try to be safer and just do 5mg.

But I would start with one, and wait a while.

One half. Smoking is different than edibles. If you do well with 5mg, you can go to 10mg.
