That deaf, dumb and blind kid
Sure plays a mean pinball

Or Junior's Farm by Paul McCartney

I was talking to an Eskimo
Said he was hoping for a fall of snow

After all Dr Seuss had his book banned for showing an Asian eating rice
I personally feel there was no intention of ill will

The "pinball" song doesn't say anything negative about deaf, dumb and blind kids, quite the opposite in fact. As for the Paul McCartney one, I don't think that's derogatory either. I've heard far more outrageous lyrics than those.
