Based on the cover alone, how would you rate this 1995 movie?

I'd rate the cover as a 10, for being compelling to a certain audience. I don't recall seeing the movie, but I do vaguely remember the short story. I am a fan of Stephen King's writing, but not of every movie adaptation of his novels and short stories.

I've never seen the movie, nor read the book.

My first impression is that it's not my kind of movie, but I would guess that it would be very popular, because of Stephen King.
