I don't think Spinal Tap would mock KISS or give them credit. Because the singer/guitarist of Spinal Tap had an amplifier that went up to 11. All other amplifiers only went up to 10 - so that put Spinal Tap in a class of their own. Cheers!

@Nanoose Marshal had a record number of requests to make amps that would go to 11 after Spinal tap was released
