Star Trek Voyager

After watching several Star Trek series, the Voyager is one of my favorites. I don't know what it is but I think it's characters like The Doctor, Captain Janeway and Neelix that kind of make the show but I also noticed that the Voyager is more focused on different worlds and has a bit better story building arc than the others. Though, I really like all the series just that the Voyager is probably my favorite.

My all time favorite is Deep Space Nine but I definitely do have love for Voyager as well.

@AstroZombie How can one ever forget the Odo and Quark rivalry. Although Garak was my favorite.

@SatanBurger It's definitely worth a watch in my opinion. And has one of my all-time favorite episodes of Trek History: The franchise's take on the Roswell Crash of I THINK it was 1947?

Quark: *opens weapon case, sees Rom took his weapon* I'll kill him!
Odo: With what? *smart assed grin*

One of my all time favorite exchanges between Quark and Odo. I actually met Rene Auberjonois in 2016 at a local convention.

Did you see the distant origin episode? My favorite.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@SW-User I'll have to see if I've watched the distant origin episode yet. Currently, I'm on season 2, maybe around the middle of it. I looked up the last episode I watched and it's titled Resistance. Captain Janeway gets stuck on a planet that's run by the Mokras, who run their planet with an uncanny resemblance to North Korea. That one ended really good, it was decent. I'll have to check out distant origin.

@SatanBurger It's season 3, so you likely haven't seen it yet.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@SW-User I'll get there. So far I really liked the Resistance episode, had a touching ending and I liked how they offed the episode's Kim Jong in the end.

I agree, it to is one of my favorites

The thing I loved about that show is that they managed to escape the trap of working in an already established universe by flinging them across the galaxy.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@LordShadowfire Oh yeah, maybe that's kind of why it's a lot better. Don't get me wrong I love the previous Star Treks but this one seems more plot driven whereas the other seasons of Star Trek are sort of rigid? I mean they're all quite good but some of them seem a little "too easy" whereas voyager kind of goes a little more into depth. So maybe that's why?

Voyager was pretty good. Except the damn Tuvix episode.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@MethDozer I haven't gotten that far yet but I'll watch out for it lol.
MethDozer · M
@SatanBurger Damn, I ruined it for you then. It's bad.
SatanBurger · 36-40, FVIP
@MethDozer Haha nah you didn't ruin it because I still have yet to see it but it will be interesting. I will probably be disappointed, it sounds like a bad decision. I can't see Neelix being anyone else but we'll see lol.
