Well, you have to build it. Beaver lodges don't grow on trees, you know.

Study the design. You can build one or improve on it with fiber glass or cement. It's got to be better than 2k month rent or a totalitarian HOA. Life's short. The world is a big place most of it uninhabited. Do what you want.
