Fellow Star Wars fans, how do you feel about this?

I love the original canon that is now called "Legends". I don't have a problem with Disney having their canon but I would love for Legends to be brought back as an alternate universe with new stories added to it. Star Wars could be a multiverse with Legends one universe and Disneys canon another one. The only stories they would would have in common is the first six movies. There doesn't have to be any crossovers. Just have the two canons as parallel universes.

@InOtterWords understandable. a slow burn that paces it's way slowly through the making of a rebellion. high drama, glacial tempo, limited action, no jedi's or cute aliens to sell toys. just tension and the creepy feeling something ominous is just around the corner.
