I was an outdoor kid. I scratched out a place under the back porch. Two or three times a day one of my parents would throw some food out in the yard. I'm pretty much ok now except I sleep under the bed instead of on it and eat off the floor.

i would have been an any other room kid, but our house was in effect just one large room with a bathroom (with its own walls, if that might have been unclear) in the center to sorta divide it up.
