My Top 20 films from the 1920s

It was fun doing the 80s, so I wanna do my most favorite decade of cinema here, the silent age had been around since the late 1880s, but the art of it all came to a peak in the 20s, these are what i've found most valuable. Lucked out and found all of them on YT, some may have been altered slightly, and may need to be viewed directly on YT. I won't try to talk about them, as only an esteemed know it all should talk about these priceless jewels of a bygone era, i'll only say here that these, and all silent films just look so different, and I love that different look.

The Man Who Laughs, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Phantom of the Opera and the Gold Rush are really good.
I've seen one or two of the other ones you listed, but don't really remember much of them.

@TheRealBarbossa yes!! Conrad Veidt and Lon Chaney were bigger than life talents, and Charlie's film actually makes ya laugh out loud and a sweet tale too. ty ....:)

@FrugalNoodle for sure! Can't go wrong with Charlie.
I also love Boris Karlof, Bela Lugosi, Vincent Price, Jimmy Stewart and that gang.

@TheRealBarbossa Well I did find some of his sound films a chore Monsieur Verdoux was a flat thing. just an uninformed opinion.

@FrugalNoodle oh, I haven't seen that one. I guess I spoke too soon 🙈

@TheRealBarbossa I might be wrong about it though, when I expressed my opinion to a YouTuber he suddenly stopped responding to my comments!!

@FrugalNoodle everyone's entitled to their own opinion. If the youtuber stopped responding because they disagree about. Amovie, that's childish of them.
