I went to May Day celebrations at Wellow this year, hugely disappointed there was not a wicker man. Also no cryptids were raised during the celebrations but the date was incorrect (late May Bank Holiday rather than the first of May) so that explains why no indigenous monsters to this isle appeared.

@GeniUs we have a Straw Bear Festival every January. It's essential a pub crawl guided by a man in a straw suit. I believe, at the end of the festival, they burn the bear costume. I don't think the man is wearing it at that point though.

@Jacko1971 Where is that, if you don't mind me asking? I'm quite interested in latter day entertainment it's so much more genuine and atmospheric.
