I used to love Family Guy
My sister and I both. We'd would always bust out in quotes from that show with each other. I remember two times in particular, we got each other pretty good with Family Guy lines.
One time when we were out grocery shopping together, I asked her if she could grab something that was high up on the shelf for me since she's taller. She responded by quoting the "dwarf among midgets" bit below, saying "Yes I can!" Hands on her hips and everything. I burst out laughing. Well-timed! 🤣
Another time, we were both entering a building that had those doors that open automatically for disabled people once you press a button. My sister was walking in front of me so when I pressed the button, she didn't see it and thought the doors opened automatically. I pointed out that I had actually pressed the handicap button, and proceeded to quote the line in the clip below (@0:48) "Of course, if that wasn't there, it would have opened anyway because you're beautiful!" She laughed and told me to shut up. 🤭
Neither of us have watched Family Guy for a long time now. I've moved on animated comedy shows altogether while my sister has jumped ship for South Park, lol.
