Trump has now caused GE to shut down a lot of it's manufacturing in the USA and relocate it out of the USA

Well done Donald McDuck. Your 'protection racket' is backfiring badly.

Ge, GM, John Deere, Harley Davidson, and it will keep going.

Apple was already gone.

@GerOttman When you think about the basic wage of a US worker, those share prices are in the realm of the ultra-elite! If a person works 40 hours a week earning US $ 7.25 per hour they can't even afford to buy *one* GE share after tax and living costs come out. The USA is a strange egg here - basic wages are already very low but the country's labour market still can't compete with the likes of China, India, etc.

@zonavar68 Im an average American wage earner, I have held and do hold stocks at similar or higher share prices. Most trading plateforms offer fractional trades as well. I infer from your comment, you don't trade on the market...? Or you would already know this!

@GerOttman correct never been a share investor. never heard of fractional share trading b4.

@zonavar68 oh, it's the latest thing. all the kids are doing it! There are many ways to invest, this is just one. Robbinhood was big early on with fractionals, I think. Actually many of your minimum wage types took advantage and tried their hand.

I recently exited GE for a nice profit! If I wanted to worry about something knocking the market down, I'd start with our friends and opponents in the mid east... Schizz just got real again brah!
