@SW-User So a chimp understands the concept of "prophecy".It just gets worse.
Even the way the apes were socially grouped was silly.
Chimps would have been better as the warrior caste.They fight and raid and kill other clans.gorillas would have been better as the peaceful philosophical and the Orangs as the politicians.

I never thought Planet of the Apes was any good.Just silly to imagine that apes would evolve into basic humans,but humans wouldnt equally evolve.
Apes do not have the same kind of hands of humans,and it would be impossible for them to hold a gun let alone aim it.Also they have totally different throats so speech would be difficult.
I know its a Sci-Fi but realism should be part of it.
