I found something interesting and very moving…

This cartoon appeared in Harper’s Weekly magazine on April 22, 1865, depicting two Union soldiers after the end of the Civil War. It was rather controversial at the time.

Sadly, it might still cause comment even now in some circles.

So I feel like this is partly what I have been saying in regards to Gaza /Israel.

I'm not really following the news much because it's too painful for me.

But this was more in regards to Eurovision. I personally was all for the "united by the music."

That's not me condoning anything going on. But in War what we always see is two sides fighting because of governments and politicians.

But the people that suffer are innocent, civilians, soldiers, women and children, land and all it's inhibitors.
It's sad.

The pain is no less painful on either side.

But I find when your for or against a side.

Humanity gets lost and the hate thrives...it's sad.

I hope that by the end of this all, having a heart and offering some kindness becomes the new thing.
@Mellowgirl That’s a very complicated situation.

@bijouxbroussard Indeed but 2 wrongs don't make a right. I'm not for or against anything. I would like the bloodshed to end.
@Mellowgirl Absolutely.
