Any characters you hate in a cartoon?
I say Patrick from SpongeBob is one of the worst sometimes he is terrible friend that never learns anything.

Mabel Pines in Gravity Falls. She’s a jerk to her brother and is incredibly selfish. He gives up opportunities to do things he wants because she pouts. Then when some new boy comes along, she couldn’t care less about her brother.
