Do any of you listen to ASMR to sleep ? [I Get ASMR]

I listen to what is called "white noise" to help fall asleep. It can be the sound of a box fan, or just turn on a box fan, but the actual thing doesn't really help me to fall asleep.

So lately I've just been watching train videos on Youtube, and they knock me right out. But I've found a couple that I really liked, so I downloaded them, put them on a flash drive and watch them through the media player on the TV.

I listen to this every night. It is perfect.

YouTube has a whole bunch of stuff. I normally listen to thunderstorms, beach waves and snow blizzards.

Never heard of it. What is it?
