Gibbon · 70-79, M
Reds.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@Gibbon that was a tough one. For college I had to see an off broadway play about Reed based on same story.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@4thdimensiondream the movie just dragged and dragged I couldn't stand it
Beloved, based on the novel by Toni Morrison. Only movie I’ve ever walked out of. Would rather have watched paint dry for two hours.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@OlderSometimesWiser I have to look it up.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@OlderSometimesWiser wow. Demme film and a ghost story. I would have been in but now after your review I’ll I’ll skip it.
@4thdimensiondream Others may feel differently. Think it got pretty decent reviews. I just found it too excruciating to sit through.

Thor 4.

i watched barberella for the first time ever the other night.
besides having nice boobs, jane fonda is equally annoying in every movie ive seen her in.. 🤓
other than that it was kind fun and stupid at the same time.
6/10

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I tried to watch it a few times as an adult and couldn’t make it far. I liked her in the China Syndrome and Welcome Home I think was the name.
TheRealBarbossa · 36-40, T
La La Land
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@TheRealBarbossa that was so bad. Walked out from my living room.
CleverGirl · 26-30, FNew
@TheRealBarbossa Horrible movie
Benjamin Button
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@0uijaFinger one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. So happy I didn’t see it in the theater. I think I stayed with it but you’d have to pay me a ton to sit through that again.
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Willy wonka
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@MasterLee really? Not the old one with Gene Wilder?
MasterLee · 56-60, M
@4thdimensiondream yeah long long story
Chris00987 · 46-50, MNew
The last movie I went to see was One Battle After Another.
I know that it won awards, but I wasn't into it.

@4thdimensiondream
I thought it was really bad, lol. I don't know what else to say. I'm a Leonardo DiCaprio fan, but I think that Paul Thomas Anderson's style of movies just don't resonate with me, which is fine, I gave it a try. The movie did well at the awards shows apparently, so good for them.

@Chris00987 I couldn't take more than a few minutes. Shut it off. Why did it get awarded?
Chris00987 · 46-50, MNew
@CleverGirl I agree. I don't understand why it was awarded either. I drove an hour to go see One Battle After Another, and I went home disappointed.
Texaspumper · 61-69, M
Eat, Prey, Love. I thought it might get better but I finally gave. There was another semi war movie that I thought was over 3 times and it wasn’t so I finally left. It was so bad I didn’t even remember the name. I just remember they would fight a while and then flowers would bloom. 🤷

Slept through Star Wars.... I was drunk.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@eyeno I loved Star Wars but never cared for any of the others.
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
The most recent Superman movie.
What an unutterable bore. 🙄

@Thinkerbell I’m so sick of super hero movies. This one just looked weird. Won’t waste my time.

The Song Remains The Same.
The Song Remains the Same is a concert film featuring the English rock band Led Zeppelin.
I like Zeppelin but this was self indulgent crap!

@4thdimensiondream Yea, we were looking forward to seeing the film and it was a massive disappointment.
As for YES, I am a huge fan of Tales From Topographic Oceans and have played it hundreds of times :)

@Nimbus Tales is prob the album I’ve listened to the least of the classic Yes stuff but there are parts I love greatly. Did you know about XYZ? When parts of Yes and Let Zep joined together for a short time but never made an album.
Nimbus · M
@4thdimensiondream Yes, I am aware of the furore surrounding Tales and can understand it especially about being too long but I like it that way :)
No, I can't say I have.
Was it successful?
