Have you ever watched a movie or show that was really intense?
Twice this has happened to me with The Handmaid's Tale. It took me months to go back to it. So i started watching again this morning i feel like i need to decompress.

Captain Phillips with Tom Hanks. When the ship gets hijacked until the end of the movie, thought I was gonna need some blood pressure medication.

@OlderSometimesWiser yes i thinkn held my breath for most of that movie it was scary and so realistic
