Unforgiven may be the best Western ever made, but the actor who played the Schofield Kid was awful. Really awkward delivery. To be fair, he was up against Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Gene Hackman, and Richard Harris, but that film would have been even better with River Phoenix or Leonardo di Caprio in that role.
Al Hansen in Wayne's World 2. He played a gas station attendant whose acting was so bad that they actually swapped him out right in the middle of the movie. Charlton Heston played the role much better.
