AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
@LILY61 what??? I'll be 99 and still kicking it 😂😂😂😂
@AngelUnforgiven i don't know any 113 year olds
AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
@LILY61 on my 100th birthday i will drink a glass of wine in your honor

WillaKissing · 56-60, M
Nope I have not seen it yet and won't after your review either. Honestly it was never on my list, but I appreciate the heads up.

I saw my first 28years when I turned 28 and when I turned 56, I saw my second 28 years and looked back on my life and said damn lucky and blessed Bastard I am! LOL

Currently working on my 3rd 28 years now!
@WillaKissing sounds good
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
@LILY61 Thanks. Give that pup some lovin for me too!
I'm vaguely curious about seeing it, but I don't remember the previous 28s being terribly good. I'm kinda wanting to sit down and watch 'the myth of man', but I'm sure that will demand more attention thanI normally can give these days.
@dirge i'll look that one up
BamPow · 51-55, M
They’re planning a trilogy starting with 28 Years Later. I think a lot of this one was setup for the next two.
@BamPow Jimmy as a boy and then strange man....i was wondering about that
BamPow · 51-55, M
@LILY61 My understanding is that the next movie is basically going to be the Jimmy movie.
@BamPow they were so weird, maybe too weird

@HorrorandMusic yeah i wish the story had a connection to something
Nanori · F
Yeah exactly it was kinda odd how they used different effects for it, like in the beginning it felt like I'm watching the first movie then later it was like watching Mortal Kombat... : |
Nanori · F
@AthrillatheHunt it was fine at least they didn't overdo it imo
I liked the movie overall, it was entertaining
@Nanori i didn't get what trash the writer and directors had just watched before making this. i was reminded of all the drug culture movies of the 70's to 80's
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@LILY61 it def has a rob zombie type of movie element to it
Mrgoodguy · 41-45, M
Yeah I saw it twice understood it a little more the second time and I saw it too because it’s from the ppl the made the original one
Mrgoodguy · 41-45, M
@LILY61 that may have been the only interesting part of that second movie
@Mrgoodguy i loved when the Avengers Hawkeye sacrificed himself. he was good in that
Mrgoodguy · 41-45, M
@LILY61 omg yes it is
AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
I tried watching it this morning it just didn't hold my interest it felt B movie-ish. Blood looked fake. I got to maybe 6 minutes in and turned it off.

When i get bored i will try again
AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
I think im going to watch it today
@AngelUnforgiven let us know what you think
AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
@LILY61 i will! 🧡
wildland · M
From what I gather, they essentially binned the idea of the Infected reaching the mainland, and reset it. And for that reason, not interested.
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
It definitely setup a sequel and seemed to be world building for sequels or spin offs
@SumKindaMunster so now we are going to have 28 decades later and it will be a tv show...?
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@LILY61 Cuz that's what we need...another zombie show, "The Walking Dead" doesn't have a lock on this idea?
@SumKindaMunster i like the Darryl show...not the others. but it need to re-do the years after the main character left.

@AthrillatheHunt i loved the actors but it just seemed to flounder about and not make any pint or connect with me at all
Ferise1 · 46-50, M
I just tried to watch it and it was garbage. I lost interest.
@Ferise1 i watched the whole thing...thinking it would get better
