Has anyone seen 28 years later? I just didn't get it

it seemed like it was written and directed by four different people. The scenery or cinematography was good and interesting. loved the actors. but i couldn't understand the point. it was very disjointed. and the music was odd to say the least.

Yeah I saw it twice understood it a little more the second time and I saw it too because it’s from the ppl the made the original one

@Mrgoodguy i liked the kids in the second one. i hate when the kids are central to the story and they can't act or the character has a hearing problem or an ear infection or asthma. the kids in 2 were very good and interesting
