I remember-from 1971-as a 6 year old boy living in Lincoln, Nebraska with my mother and my maternal grandparents-of seeing a series of good humored television ads featuring the legendary, versatile, multi talented character actor Dick Wilson playing a fictional grocery store employee/owner named "Mister Whipple"-who gently admonished customers to not "squeeze the 'Charmin" (rolls of toilet paper)." At the end of these classic television advertisements-"Mister Whipple" HIMSELF would be caught by the store's customers "squeezing the 'Charmin' ." Funny! LOL!

@cuteblondegreyguy I remember those. I used Charmin my whole life until I recently learned they gave millions to Trump. Now I use Northern.

Oh, I am so with you on this! I absolutely hate that Liberty mutual Emu add, hate it, and I hate any of the medication illness adds "Ask your doctor if you have this, but be warned if you are pregnant wanting to get pregnant or all these other symptoms that could ruin your health or kill you from this medication"! What does no on sell anything anymore than meds and insurance?
