What is the deal with the new show white movie

I have been watching all the drama surrounded the movie. I'm curious did any of u go see it or what was your reason for not watching it. I most say it is a musical those kind of movies usually don't make a lot of money just look at the sequel of the joker movie. Could it just because it is a Disney movie. Or just another original remake. They usually don't make a lot. Could it be Rachel Ziegler.
