@Burnley123 Technically I've watched the original trilogy before the prequels too (with the exception of phantom menace, which is the weakest of the three anyway) and personally I don't think the prequels are too bad - I mean the entire political plots, world building, battles etc. peaked in those three, imo.
I don't think Jar Jar is any worse than the Ewoks in EP6; with the difference that JJ eventually got much less screen time in ep. 2 and 3 and wasn't too critical for the plot (I mean in the end he was the useful idiot who did his part to enable a fascist takeover; which *vaguely gestures around* isn't that unrealistic).
Instead, a bunch of teddy bears successfully revolting against a fascist empire while it has allegedly its best legion deployed on the very place while the revolt happens, securing the most critical strategic objective in the whole empire? Come on, I get that they were probably trying to score the point that everyone no matter how small and apparently insignificant can have a key role in a resistance movement, but I think they did much better with that in EP 4, than in 6.
Either way, I think we'll both agree that there's actually a bad JJ in the universe, and that's JJ Abrams. 🥴

@Elessar In Return of the Jedi, Ewoks celebrate when the Death Star explodes.
It brings a tear to my eye even now.
You are objectively wrong because Ewoks are good silly. Jar Jar is bad silly.
Ok, I know my arguments here have no logic but I am still correct 😆

Barry Keoghan! Every character he played, i hated from every movie he played the villian, gives me real 'school bully' vibes and you just wanna wring his characters neck. Saltburn, killing of a sacred deer, nuf said.

Umbridge from HP, especially because at the time I had a teacher that had the same attitude, voice and even, to some degree, looks.
(Except she didn't torture us at least 🥴)
