All the damn time.
Part of the problem is that due to overexposure to adrenaline in the womb, I tend to view things as intentionally threatening and malicious, where a rational person would chalk it up to stupidity. So when some dumbass passes me on the right, and cuts me off with three or four feet to spare, my first instinct is to assume this person is trying to cause an accident.
