I saw the film in the theater when it came out in 1990. I was underwhelmed, to say the least. I don't remember very much about it. In 2020, Coppola made a "revised" version, "The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone," which I never saw.

@SilkandLace2 Yes. I never sat down to watch it. Caught a few minutes flipping through channels. On the other hand, I have seen I and II many times.

@eli1601 yeah, it usually gets crapped on, but i like it and think it's a fitting end, really wish Mary didn't have to die, but i guess it fits the theme😢
