@bijouxbroussard I've disliked him ever since he punched the Top Gear producer cos there was no hot food; and the BBC decided not to renew his contract, effectively saying "For your behaviour, we're going to allow you to pursue a multimillion pound contract with Amazon where you can have COMPLETE freedom to say and do whatever you want; and let that be a lesson to you!" 😣

@InOtterWords They really filter this stuff out when they dub in another language. I mean I knew about the punch that got him sacked from the bbc and I'm not an avid watcher so maybe I just haven't seen the episodes where it happened, but I had no idea about such comments. 😶

Fine by me. I used to find him funny during the early years of the BBC Top Gear, When Amazon got the show I started watching it, but I never finished the first season. Somehow all the money and cosseting resulted in a show that was considerably less funny overall.
I don't much like the guy and clearly he can be a slew of adjectives and nouns that are best spat at someone with a touch of venom on them, but I think calling what he wrote a 'hate crime' is wandering dangerously close to a snowflake forge.

I thought that was just British humour. Honestly I was more worried about the punching the guy who didnt have his dinner ready. But to appear on TV you should have to stay under 400 lbs...
