It’s the end of the latest incarnation of the Doctor Who Series.

I was saddened to see Jodie Whittaker is no longer the The Doctor. I don’t the material she was giving didn’t always make her comfortable being the doctor. Didn’t see her having fun or using her beautiful charming characteristics as an ageless seeker in owing her place as the doctor.
All in all Jodie did fantastic job with what she was given to work with.
I wonder what’s next in store for her? I wish her all the best in her career.

Unfortunately she fell victim to just some atrocious writing that she managed to rise above as a good actor, but you can only show so much character when all you do is rattle off exposition 24/7. Still, I quite liked her as the Doctor and hope she has a wonderful career coming out of this. We literally just finished watching season 12 and Flux + her remaining specials. All in all still had fun. Now just want to see what Ncuti Gatwa has to offer.

@CountScrofula Wow, so nice to see this post, I thought I was the only one who thought the writing was bad.

@JimboSaturn No the last head writer of the show moved on and his replacement was uh, not good. New show runner is Russell T Davies who wrote for David Tennant's doctor, so great promise for the future at least.

@CountScrofula I personally found the writing the best during the David Tennant times.

@JimboSaturn I liked him, but of the modern Doctors, I have to go with Matt Smith.
