Could you have a superhero movie where the superhero already has a girlfriend/boyfriend at the start of the first movie?

I think it will work.

One way is the partner already knows and The bad guy kidnapped one and the Hero has to free them and save the world.

Another is the other does not know and is always going on about how great this Superhero is and who it really is.
