Those are all pretty solid, but I'd include Pulp Fiction, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, and Mission: Impossible as 90s faves of mine.

@uncalled4 I must be the only person who wasn't impressed after the first 15 minutes of Saving Private Ryan and was it even 90s? I'm sure it was noughties.

@BeerMonster 1998, and that opening sequence was riveting. When it came out, I studied how Janusz Kaminski purposely mistimed the shutter and everything that went into the making of it. About the only thing that doesn't completely work is the sequence that bookends the film.

@uncalled4 Agree but I found the inbetween bit very average, almost as if they looked at the film, thought 'shit, that's bland' and decided to make a ground breaking opening to add on.
