First Order wins, Ben becomes essentially a new emperor. Mirroring the end of the prequel trilogy, a new empire has risen. Stage is set for a new trilogy in which the fledgeling empire is brought to its knees by an external invasion.

@Laughman no, no, no. I meant a return of the Je'daii order. It was the precursor to both the Jedi and Sith. An organization that believed that light and dark were to be kept in balance by each adherent. Instead of light vs. dark it was Light and Dark in balance.

I am the revealing fire of light.
I am the mystery of darkness
In balance with chaos and harmony,
Immortal in the Force."

When you mentioned Ben starting a new kind of order, that is what I thought of.

@ViciDraco Ah yes yes. I think I have briefly seen that somewhere and you could be right. Basically a mix between the two. However as mentioned, I think it might be too late to bring in a new concept to these movies. Some people might not follow the whole thing and be left thinking of where the hell this new type of belief came from. Just my thoughts anyway.
