I really like legal and political thriller movies.

Some of my favorites from the past few years have included "The Post", "Bridge of Spies", and "Roman J. Israel, Esq."

Frost/Nixon was great. I intend to see The Post soon.

@SW-User Bridge of Spies is my friend's favorite movie and he made an interesting point after we first saw it. He said he liked it a lot but the one criticism he had was that the name of the film was kind of cheesy. It was named such because the prisoner exchange of the two spies took place on a bridge. He said he felt the film should have been called "Standing Man" instead, in reference to Rudolf Abel's anecdote about the man the Russian border police repeatedly beat but who refused not to stand up again, and they referred to him as "stoikey muzhik" which in Russian means "standing man." He makes a good point. It definitely reflects the theme of the movie quite well.
