Bubble, yes. Delightfully daft, superbly played by Jane Horrocks. I loved the way she said "mo-bile."

@WindOfAdolf I thought the same thing until I saw an interview with Jerry Seinfeld before the last season. He was talking about how the show was about "nothing", and it was like an epiphany. Now I get it!!
