So I have a very bad tic of pacing back and forth. I pace pretty fast and it can be very exhausting pace back and forth many times a hour so he wants me to try this instead
This way I'll be sitting and still able to move my legs. He thinks it will be much easier on my body..
Plus is my mind can replace the need to pace with the bike, I might have this tic less in public and at work.
So we'll give it a try
Plus Star will need this for her rehab in a few weeks so what can it hurt
I love how you care about them and in there you are caring for yourself too. I remember when you were taking your daughter to some doctors and you ended up getting checked yourself as well and now again, through the healing of Star, aiding to yours.. I like that..:)
@Boeing thank you. I tend to put my health needs last but I'm trying to stop doing that. Of course Joel has constantly giving me little reminders as well.
No wonder you get so much shit done in the house. Sometimes I wish I could borrow people's energy. Ten years ago, I would have had no problem with the 44k steps of material handling, all on a 12-hour shift at Tombstone.
Now? Hella No!
What they say about age ramping in your 40s, is true and I'll find out when I get there, the 60s.
Sadly or tragically, I can relate to some of what you deal with, and others ailments, you do not struggle with. Sometimes drugs are a miracle, when we are taking the correct drug in the correct dosage :)
