Appointment with our neurologist

So first we talked about Sissy and her progess. We talked about how she has handled recent schedule changes and how she's even come up with some on her own. The doctor was very impressed. Because of this we are going to hold off on changing her meds like we talked about. We're going to keep her on the same doses she's at now for another month and see how it goes.

Then we talked about me I told the doctor how I was making very slow but progress on some of my OCD issues. She said as long as we're seeing improvement let's keep doing what we're doing. And then I told her that I was struggling with my ticks and outburst a lot and that I wanted to start working on them.

She seemed a little reluctant at first but we came up with a plan that we're going start in the first week of August. It's very similar to what I'm doing now with my OCD but this is geared towards my tics. Is going to be a lot of work and I will have to keep track of a lot of things but I need to start trying harder. I can't keep holding in my tic all day and having a tic attack every couple of days or panic attacks. It's not healthy or good for me.

Looking forward to a nice relaxing evening the temperature has dropped and the Royals played during the day so we don't have a game to watch so we'll probably just have dinner outside and make a fire and let the boys play in the swing set.

Once they go to bed hopefully Joe will feel up to having a cigar and a drink which he hasn't done in quite a while. And yes for those of you wondering my buddy is still here why I do not know.

Hmmm. I wonder what your buddy has on his mind.

@Poppies I really don't know. Star is worried about him but he's acting fine and hasn't said anything is wrong. But he won't leave. Which is fine but I just want to make sure he's not going though something and he's not telling us
