Tic attack

So I've been very anxious the past week and my anxiety pills aren't helping much. I call Joel to check in and he can tell I don't sound good he asked me if I'd been holding back my tics.

Of course I have I had to take the kids to there appointment and I had to go into the office today for something.

You need to let it out.

I'm at work and he's with our oldest.

It's only going to get worse and your going to have a panic attack tonight if you don't

But I'm at work

Any clients there

No

Tell them what you need to do, shut your do and let it out.

I don't want to. But he's right I need to let it out. So I did. I stop holding them in and it doesn't take long. God did it feel good to let it out. I had so much held in. Not trying to stop, hold in or change my tics, letting it all out is what I need.

Now I feel so much better. I feel exhausted and drained but that anxiety is gone.

I sent him a text that I did it and I feel better but I'm never coming out of my office again.

He just sent me a lol, who cares what they say. Just walk out like nothing happened.

Or I'll just stay in here until everyone leaves and find a new job tomorrow.

He sends me back. You could become a butcher and work with me.

I just might

It will be fine open your door they all understand

I know, your right

This man I don't deserve him

If your company knows about your Tourette's, then it should be fine. Is there a quiet private room you can go in and let it all out?

@Barefooter25 yes I have my office or there is a back room for storage but I don't like doing it at work.

I also wasn't expecting to go in today but I had to for a few hours. I do go outside alot but it's 106 today! But I did what I needed to do and I did come out of my office lol
