I can't keep this up

I went to my doctor and i was told to wait until the end of the month and if things don't change he'll look into a med change.

Nothing is better
Its worse really

I haven't slept in a week
I barely eat anything
I clean all night long
I can't use the restroom at work.

Im whole body feels like it hurts.
I'm running on empty and i know i can't keep this up until the end of the month.

But my tourettes is better so there's that.
