Outbursts really bad here

Im stressed i haven't slept and ive barely eater since ive been here. My outburst have been really bad. To help im in a wing of the hospital that is pretty much empty. Im at the end of a hallway. But i guess it was still offending someone visiting a patient. Enough so he walked down to my room and went off on me.
They is even a sign on my boor explaining i have tourettes. I apologize to him over and over.
I just want to go home.
