This new tic

So as i posted last werk ive gotten a new tic. Every time i sit at a table i slam my fist down. I do it randomly. Its gotten so bad ive actually bruised my hand. So i can't sit anywhere close to a table. Standing next to the table doesn't seem to trigger it. I was getting pretty stressed about it. Hell im older im on my feet all day i need to sit at the f@ucking table and eat a meal with my kids. After a few nights of watching me stand to eat my daughter says dad try a tv try. So i did, i placed the tv try near the table and sat next to it with my plate. As of now nothings. I haven't hit the tv try. See is one start kid.
