Its ruining my life

I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
I've lost friends because of this.
I've lost jobs because of this and now I'm losing my wife because of this.

We've been married for 20 years. But living with me is like being in a r sometimes x rated movie 24/7. My vocal outburst are horrible. Plus i have a facal tic where i smile while doing it. I guess everyone has their limit and she's reached hers
