I suck at writing and grammar should I still write a book about my journey through Schizophrenia and Psychosis?

Yes. Don't sweat things like writing and grammar — that's why there are editors. Put down your story in whatever form works for you — write it or just talk into a voice recorder. Make videos of yourself. Whatever works.

The important thing is to get your story down and them find people to work with you to form it into a format others can access.
